One of the UK's top comedians, Tim is a long-time friend and supporter of The Lily Foundation and has previously performed at our Comedy Night.
An award-winning Edinburgh Fringe veteran, Tim's hugely popular stand-up shows have established him as the king of quick-fire one-liners and head spinning puns. His acting role in the long-running BBC One sitcom Not Going Out helped make him a household name.
Tim is the latest of several big names to host our annual charity ball. Previous hosts include Josh Widdicombe, Alex Brooker and Alan Davies.
Reacting to the news, Liz Curtis, CEO and co-founder of The Lily Foundation, said:
"We are absolutely thrilled that Tim will be hosting our 2020 charity ball. A lot of work goes into planning the ball every year, and Tim's appointment is the icing on the cake for what we know will be an amazing evening for our guests. Tim has a massive fan base, so this will really help us get the word out about mitochondrial disease, too. It will be a privilege to have Tim at the helm for the biggest night of our year."
Don’t miss out on a great night with Tim and the Lily team!
The 'Glow Show' 2020 Lily Ball takes place on 14th March 2020 at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London. Tickets cost £135 per person before November 30th, and £150 thereafter.
