Thank you for choosing to support The Lily Foundation by requesting a collection tin. By doing this you can help improve the lives of everyone affected by mitochondrial disease.
Please fill out the form below to apply for one or more tins. By applying, you’re accepting responsibility for looking after the tin, which includes emptying it on a regular basis and paying in the funds.
Our collection tins are available for ongoing use at a static location only, not for short-term fundraising at an event. If you require something on a short-term basis, please email [email protected] who can arrange for something more suitable to be sent out.
