The Great South Run isn’t just any 10-mile event – it’s probably the world’s favourite! With a course steeped in inspiring history, salty sea air and breathtaking coastal views, it’s a run like no other.

This year, why not make every step count by running for The Lily Foundation? You’ll be helping to fight mitochondrial disease whilst bringing hope to the patients and families who need it most.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Epic atmosphere: Portsmouth’s supporters will keep you going with cheers, music and high fives all the way to the finish line.
  • Finisher rewards: Earn a medal, an exclusive t-shirt and bragging rights that last forever.
  • Make a difference: Every pound you raise will go directly toward supporting our work in funding research, raising awareness and providing support for those affected by mito.

Last year’s event was cancelled due to adverse weather, so we know some of you will have scores to settle! It’s a new year with fresh goals to aim for, so set yourself a challenge and secure your place today.

We have limited places available through our partner, Run for Charity. But hurry – they’re filling up fast.

Together, we can go the distance to fight mito and find hope for everyone affected.
