Supporting medical research into mitochondrial disease is central to our research strategy, not only because it could potentially lead to a cure but also because it helps improve lives now. Since 2016 we’ve funded over 20 pioneering research projects aimed at restoring mitochondrial function, reducing symptoms and enhancing quality of life.
