It’s not too early to apply for 2024!

Were you on the sidelines at this year’s London Marathon, cheering on all those amazing runners and wishing you were out there yourself? If so, why not sign up for 2024? We’re already recruiting for next year’s event, so throw your name in the hat, lace up your running shoes and start prepping... You’ll have plenty of time to train!

Lily Fight Night packs a punch to raise over £18,000

There’s always a sense of anticipation leading up to Lily Fight Night, and this year was no different. Eleven fights took place, which meant an incredible 22 brave boxers putting their bodies and beautiful faces on the line. Read all about what happened at the action-packed evening, which delivered blood, sweat and a whole lot of entertainment. And if you think you'd like to step into the ring yourself to help fight mitochondrial disease, it's not too early to register your interest for next year's event!

Perhaps walking is more your thing?

If you’re not sure you’ve got it in you to run a marathon or step into a boxing ring, that’s ok – there are still plenty of opportunities to fundraise for team Lily. Ultra Challenge events take place all over the country on various dates, and you can choose to either walk, jog or run the spectacular routes. From stunning coastlines to beautiful countryside, they’re an unforgettable way to test your mettle, get in shape, make new friends and achieve something special. So why not take the plunge!

And for a really relaxing way to support us...

18 holes for one fantastic cause – yes you really can raise funds for The Lily Foundation simply by playing golf! Come on down to the fairway at the beautiful Croham Hurst Golf Club in Surrey for our Lily Golf Day on 8th September, where you’ll join Liz and the team for coffee and bacon sandwiches followed by a leisurely day of golf and a 3-course carvery meal afterwards. Tickets are still available at £80, or £55 for Croham Hurst club members, so snap them up while you can.
