Fundraising fun with The Lily Foundation!

That’s right, the Lily Charity Ball is back, and this year it’s inspired by the opulence of the Orient, and hosted by the fabulously funny Aussie comedian Adam Hills. This year's 'Festival of the East' theme promises an evening of glitz, glamour and excitement. Don’t miss out on the chance to laugh till it hurts courtesy of our host for the evening, comedian, TV presenter and writer Adam Hills. There’ll be surprise celebrity guests, incredible prizes in our grand auction plus fine food and wine, music and dancing till the small hours, all in aid of raising much-needed funds to help those affected by mitochondrial disease.

The Great North Run, 10th September 2023

It’s the biggest, most iconic half-marathon on the planet, and this could be your chance to take part! Challenge yourself to run the 13 miles from Newcastle to South Shields, with thousands of noisy supporters lining the route.
